Carved inside and out with only a small block under the bridge connecting the back and top, the Hollowbody family offers brilliant acoustic qualities for a thinline hollow electric. The Hollowbody II, our most popular semi-hollow instrument, has solid mahogany rims with a solid, deeply carved figured maple top and back. With the optional patented PRS/LR Baggs Piezo System, you can plug this instrument into your PA or recording console and your amp at the same time. This piezo option instrument has a huge array of tones and simple switching possibilities.

Korina, also known as Limba, is an African wood renown for its legendary tonal qualities that add mids to the usually more mellow mahogany sound. And it's this wood that gives the McCarty Korina its unique, highly musical sound - and makes it a very light guitar. The hardware and electronics are classic PRS: vintage-style tuners, McCarty truss rod cover and humbucking or soapbar pickups. These features combined with the tonal qualities of the guitar's construct creates an instrument that is incredibly articulate, with tight attack, excellent sustain, and outstandingly bright tones that make it the perfect instrument for players of jazz, rock and blues.

This limited run of the PRS 1957/2008 Custom 24 is unique with gorgeous quilted maple 10 tops, lightweight mahogany back, a Peruvian mahogany neck, dalbergia fretboard, Paua rim J bird fretboard inlays, PRS 1957/2008 pickups with original wire from the 50 s, Volume, Push/Pull tone , 3-way toggle. Of course, everything that you've come to expect from a PRS Custom 24 is here too: 24 frets, PRS tremolo and 14:1 Phase II low mass locking tuners. Hardshell case included.
The 1957/2008 pickups allow players to achieve both vintage and modern sounds. PRS obtained exclusive rights to the original pickup wire used in the most revered pickups in the 50 s. PRS obtained the rights to the wire in 2008, and 1957 was the year the humbucker was first commercially available, giving rise to the 1957/2008 name.

The DGT is the result of more than 20 years of collaboration between Paul Smith and David Grissom. The DGT is based on the McCarty Trem with special pickups, special wiring, a neck smaller than PRS' wide-fat neck, bigger frets, and heavy gauge strings that permit beautiful rhythm and solo tone. This PRS guitar is also graced with a carved figured maple top, and abalone bird fingerboard inlays.
Loyal to PRS guitars most of his professional career, David Grissom has recorded and toured with Joe Ely, John Mellencamp, the Allman Brothers, The Dixie Chicks, and Buddy Guy, as well as with Storyville.

513 stands for 5 pickups and 13 sounds. The 513 Mahogany is an updated version of our original 513 Rosewood Model. It features a mahogany neck, rosewood fretboard, updated electronics and includes our patented pickup system providing 13 modern and vintage sounds utilizing 5 proprietary single coil pickups. Other specifications include a 25 1/4" scale length, a special neck joint, 513 bird inlays and an easy to use integrated electronics control package, which includes volume control, tone control and two blade switches. One blade switch is a 5-way pickup selector, and the other is a 3-way mode switch that allows you to select between the single coil, clear humbucking and heavy humbucking modes. This is one of our most versatile instruments that can go from screaming humbuckers to sparkling single coils with the flick of a 3-way.

The single cutaway Starla has many vintage themed appointments and is PRS Guitars' first solidbody electric guitar featuring a standard Bigsby B5 tail piece and a Grover Tune-O-Matic bridge. The guitar also includes exclusive Starla Treble and Bass pickups.
The solid mahogany Starla body is accented with a 24 < scale rosewood fingerboard, a solid mahogany neck and dot inlays. Proprietary Alnico magnets incorporated into the pickup design contribute to the guitar's unique clean and crisp sound but are also capable of rich harmonic overtones when driven. Other features include a uniquely shaped black plastic pick guard, tone and volume pots and a three-way pickup selector.
