This guitar is armed with two Special Duncan Designed HB-101 humbuckers. These pickups, voiced exclusively for the Jazz Elite, have been wound with alnico magnets, yielding vintage-type tones. The HB-101s can be 'split', via the Elite's individual Tone controls, for cleaner, 'single-coil' tones.
